All party options allow a maximum of fifteen (15) children, including the birthday child, and a maximum of forty (40) total attendees.
For example, if ten (10) children attend the event, up to thirty (30) other guests may be present.

There is seating to accommodate fifteen (15) children and sixteen (16) adults in the primary seating area. Six (6) additional chairs are available for use as well. Additional limited seating options are available throughout the playroom, including seating positioned along the window sill.

Shoes are prohibited beyond the gray line demarcating the entry to the play area, and this requirement applies to all individuals regardless of age. Please note that restrooms are located on the opposite side of the playroom and guests must either remove their shoes or wear provided protective shoe covers to access them. This policy is mandatory for both adults and children to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the designated play space. We truly appreciate your efforts in helping us enforce this policy.

We recommend 4-5 table clothes, although you are not required to use any.

Yes, every child needs a waiver on file signed by a parent or guardian. This can be done upon arrival to the party OR can be done online ahead of time by visiting wildonesplayroom.com/waiver

Our playroom is designed for children ages 0–8. Any child between 6 months and 8 years old who will be playing — including in the crawler’s corner — counts toward the 15-child maximum for parties.
Children over the age of 8 do not count toward the 15-child limit; however, they are not permitted to use the play equipment. They are welcome to help supervise or assist younger children but may not participate in rough play or climb on the play structures.

All party packages provides thirty (30) minutes of set-up time prior to your scheduled event and fifteen (15) minutes of clean-up time following the conclusion of your event. All personal items, decorations, and materials brought into Wild Ones Playroom by must be removed at the end of the event. We will do all of the cleaning.
For example, if your event is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, you may arrive at 12:30 PM for set-up, all attendees must exit the play areas by 3:00 PM to allow for cleaning and toy reset, and by 3:15 PM all decorations and materials brought into Wild Ones Playroom by the customer must be removed.

Yes, all of the above are allowed for birthday parties. No alcoholic beverages are allowed, however. You are also welcome to order pizzas to be delivered to the playroom.

Yes, both can be hung on the wall or windows. No nails, tacks, or anything that will damage the walls are allowed, though.

Yes, we have 2 highchairs that you may use at no additional cost. They can be used for a cake smash as well since they are all plastic and can easily be wiped down.
